Teaching engineering students the basic kinds

of speech activity in a foreign language

The article describes specific conditions of foreign language teaching engineering stu-

dents. Particular attention is paid to the complex interrelated training main types of

speech activity. The basic types of exercises and the analysis of texts used are presented.
