The Subjects of Political Processes during the Period

of Soviet System Formation

The article describes the subjects of the political process in the first years of Soviet Sys-

tem, their particular historical specific characteristics. There made an attempt to organ-

ize and summarize relevant scientific approaches to understanding one of the most pivot-

al eras in the history of our country through the concept of the “subject of the political

process”.
