The paper presents socio-philosophical analysis of a number of neo-Marxist and liberal concepts including the concept of dependent development, the concept of the shift of the world centers and others, where social contradictions and social inequality are understood as the most important causes of the ethnosocial conflicts. It is established that the globalization and informatization processes do not eliminate, but modify the nature and functions of the ethnosocial conflicts, which are analyzed being an immanent factor in the regional development strategy. Causes of the ethnosocial conflicts, such as regional integration and disintegration, were studied. The idea is substantiated that the regional development types determine certain forms of the ethnosocial conflicts such as the social contradictions. A socio-philosophical analysis of the wealth phenomenon is carried out in the context of social dynamics and the problem of innovation. Ethnosocial conflicts are studied as conflicts that correlate with the wealth and poverty phenomena in their material and financial embodiment, as well as in the information and symbolic interpretation.
