Procurement management of integrated business group
(on the example of JSC SAT & Company)

The article analyses theoretical problems of management of integrated business group
(IBG) procurement, as well as the discussion problems. It considers the features of pro-
curement in JSC “SAT & Company”, competitive procurement methods, and offers the
ways of their optimization.
