The paper is studying the dynamics of import substitution with the domestic software using the event analysis, which is one of the demanded approaches to information analysis. A systematic diagram of the analysis stages is presented. Procedures are visualized using graphs and diagrams based on the WEIS international coding system and its interval transformation using the Goldstein scale. Conclusions on the dynamics of the analyzed information events are presented.
