The paper reveals theoretical foundations of the postcapitalism (left accelerationism) concept in the works of N. Srnicek and A. Williams. The concept evolution is characterized, which resulted in left accelerationism transformation into the postcapitalism. The concept explicit and implicit socio-philosophical foundations are analyzed. The explicit foundations should include the Cyber Culture Research Unit, in particular N. Land and M. Fischer. It is shown, how, through the works by M. Fischer, the authors accept and process the cultural postmodernism of F. Jameson. The explicit origins include the figure of R. Brassier, as well as the problems of speculative realism in general, thanks to which N. Srnicek in his early works referred to the “non-philosophy” by F. Laruelle, the most implicit theoretical and methodological basis. The key role of the concepts by G. Deleuze and F. Guattari is revealed. Postcapitalism in the context of the current labor theory takes the role of continuation of the postoperaism, a modern trend in the Western Marxism. The concept posthumanistic aspect is identified, according to which transformation from capitalism to postcapitalism is accompanied by transition to the posthuman civilization.
