Teaching foreign students phonetics of the Russian language: the pronunciation of vowels and consonants

The article describes the peculiarities of producing vowels and consonants in Russian by foreign students of non-linguistic university. Tangible aspects of articulation are pointed out. Special attention is drawn to using assisting sounds when consonant pronunciation correcting.
