The paper focuses on the individual, his brain and cognitive abilities as stochastic fractals due to the biological determination of the structure of the human body and the human brain using DNA and socio-cultural determination of the basic cognitive set transmitted to each individual, which he perceives and uses for further life. The relationship between the individual and paradigmatic content of culture is nonlinear and dynamic, there is a constant process of diffusion, mutual enrichment, and mutual opposition of cognitive elements. The emerging system of knowledge is nonequilibrium, dynamic, self-sustaining, self-organizing and has the properties of openness, nonlinearity, and dissipation. The development of knowledge, cognition, and language is a co-evolutionary process. Having accumulated an array of visual-figurative, semi-structured, implicit, non-verbalized primary knowledge about the environment for the pragmatic purposes of survival of society and communication of group members, the community develops means of non-linguistic and then linguistic communication. Important objects of the environment are given names that become intersubjective. As a result, a primary conceptual apparatus is developed, based on denotations, their properties, and relations with other denotations. In this case, a nonlinear dynamic semiotic structure appears that stimulates thought processes due to its internal semantic connections. This structure has a non-linear way of organizing in the form of a complex of interconnected graph-trees, which are combined into meta-graphs, which then turn into attractors for the implementation of intelligent procedures. Therefore, the basic conceptual apparatus of society can be represented by means of fuzzy logic, and thought processes can be modeled by means of soft computing.
