Expert relations as a platform of feedback philosophy in the educational space

The study focuses on the feedback philosophy and its significance in the modern era. In this regard, it is relevant to refer to the concept of “expert relations” considered in this study as a form of social interaction built on the dialogics principle. The paper gives the kinds, types, levels and forms of social feedback, the main forms and signs of social interaction, as well as the levels, types, format of social relations; interprets dialogue as dialogical social interaction; points out the principles of dialogical nature of social relations, the purpose, tasks and functions subordinated to public dialogue. The study introduces a resource approach to the dialogic nature of interpersonal relations and assumes that the understanding of the feedback mechanism focused on subject-object relations is narrow. The qualities necessary for the subject of expert relations, the conditions for the consistency of expert relations and the difficulties associated with the implementation of socio-expert type relations in the educational environment are characterized.
