The paper is devoted to the problem of transformation of scientific and communicative relations in the scientific community, in the framework of the formation of the ethos of post-non-classical rationality and the development of modern information and communication technologies. On the basis of the concept of scientific imperatives of R. Merton, an analysis of the post-non-classical rationality is conducted. The ethos of post-non-classical science is the ethos of formation and openness, the main imperative of which is the need for humanitarian and environmental regulation of the accelerating scientific and technological development.
