State in the global world. Problems and prospects

The article analyzes the future of the state as a traditional political form of a community in the conditions of the modern global world order. States have not exhausted their historical resources, but due to the world’s movement towards multipolarity on the basis of regional alliances of states of different civilizational affiliations the fate of states of different types will be different. The prospects for the preservation and development of all the states of the world semi-periphery are related to the non-linearity of historical development, the periodic change of its poles and the development of national modernization strategies created on their own civilizational basis
