The author has tried to provide an insight into philosophy of a well-known renaissance thinker Pietro Pomponazzi to help his reader better cope with religious and secular understanding of faith, knowledge, and immortality of soul. The author believes that the increasing activity of religious institutions calls for discussion of Pomponazzi’s ideas.
