The soviet tehnokratizm in 1917 - the 30th of the XX century

The main objective of the article is to examine the attitude of Bolsheviks and the party and state leaders of the 1920-30s to technical sciences and its representatives. The research explored the reasons of establishing a technocratic approach to economy in the party and state environment. The findings of this research illustrate the importance of complex objective and subjective reasons, both of internal and external nature.
