Article is devoted questions assessment maintenance of reliability of the human/expert as to the interdisciplinary problem concerning an estimation of safety of operation, procedure, system of the raised risk. The methodology "ASSET", used for the analysis of the reasons of infringements (abnormal events), including connected with the human factor, and also a number of other approaches Human/Personel reliability assessment, H/PRA, concerning to methods of the first, second, third generation or to methods of an expert estimation is considered.
