The potential of the play education has long been used in teaching. The article considers the advisability of the didactic games in conducting classes for hard-of-hearing students. Three educational games on the topics of the "Analytical Geometry" and "Mathematical Analysis" courses, studied in the first year of the department of the BMSTU Center for Complex Rehabilitation of the Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing (GUIMC) are suggested as an illustration. The effect of these games on the process of teaching students with hearing impairments is analyzed.
