Problems of innovation entrepreneurship development and possible ways to solve them

The article considers the reasons for the reduction of the number of small enterprises in Russia and deterioration of the quality indicators of their functioning. Small business has a capacious innovative potential, efficient use of which must ensure the formation of a competitive environment in the economy of the Russian Federation. The mismatch of goals of the actual state development formed a problem, possible ways of solution of which were suggested to be considered: improving the regulatory framework and the system of motivation for innovation activity, formation of national innovation system and its subsystems, the development of adaptive mechanism of management innovations.
